​It is 1987, and the fabled West Hollywood club the Bourbon Room is the seedy, sordid, vibrant heart of the Sunset Strip.
The music venue has seen better days, but as run by chilled-out former rock impresario Dennis Dupree, and tended to by Dennis’s mischievous assistant Lonny, it is the essence of rock and roll.
COME FROM AWAY 2025
Come From Away is a musical based on the true story of the people of Gander, Newfoundland, and the nearly 7,000 stranded passengers who were diverted to the town on September 11, 2001.
The musical tells the story of how the small community housed, fed, and cared for the "come from aways" in the aftermath of the attacks, celebrating acts of kindness, community, and humanity.
